We have witnessed significant faculty growth as we have led institutional changes to enhance the training and assessment journey. The strategic programme implemented has strengthened academic leadership, trainer and assessor skills and knowledge, and the quality assurance of the institutions.
Education improvement planning
Transformation Consultancy undertook a holistic review of the institution to produce tailored educational improvement plan to help guide the strategic change management process over a three year period. Stakeholders were coordinated and our team facilitates events to support the faculty. Faculty leadership are now able to sustain the institution in many areas of academic responsibility.
