There is so much good work undertaken within the Australian Adult Education and sector! During 2019 and 2020 Transformation Consultancy has been honoured to act as an Independent Evaluator on behalf of the Australian Training Awards to assist in the recognition of national education and training excellence. Transformation Consultancy has conducted audits across Australia. Clearly the creative training approaches presented by the state finalists enhance many student lives.
In the role as an independent Evaluator, on behalf of the Australian Training Awards, the Transformation Consultancy team has witnessed many metropolitan and regional finalists present a variety of innovative solutions to adult education. Examples include the development of specialised in-house technical skills maintenance training programmes for experienced staff where the training is undertaken in a fun competitive environment. In addition, we have witnessed the establishment of dedicated Training Organisations to meet the specific needs of staff professional development. These examples and many similar clearly define a commitment to training excellence.
