Nationwide training approach to food security

With only ninety days without permafrost Transformation Consultancy worked with a network of national agronomists to overcome some significant challenges. The Transformation Consultancy team members authored the food security curriculum, designed the educational programme and delivered the training to over 1200 ultra-poor beneficiaries, two prisons, 300 disabled participants and a network of national agronomists. The year long development project witnessed the empowering of many families by bringing them out of poverty and establishing micro-entreprise from Selenge in the north to the Gobi desert in the south of the country. Via our monitoring and evaluation we were able document that all donor outcomes had been successfully achieved.

Adult Education in action

This food security project is an example of the significant impact a well planned education and training programme can have upon a nation. Transformation Consultancy team members returned to Mongolia fourteen years later to observe wide-spread food security enterprises successfully established throughout the nation. The original development project continues today!
